Who we are

Owner and Director Milena Garcia

She began her professional training at the age of nine at the Vocational Arts School in Matanzas, Cuba. She was a finalist for three consecutive years at the International Ballet Competition of Havana, Cuba, where she received multiple awards for her performances, and she graduated in 2010 as a professional ballet dancer and certified ballet teacher. During her professional career in Cuba, she performed numerous classical Grand Pas de Deux, including Esmeralda, La Fille Mal Gardée, Don Quixote, Satanella, Diana and Acteon, Flames of Paris, and The Slave and the Merchant.

After arriving in the United States, Milena García competed at the World Ballet Competition, where she won a Gold Medal. In 2013, she joined Cincinnati Ballet, performing in Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Camelot (choreography by Victoria Morgan), and Symphony in C by George Balanchine. In 2015, she joined Oklahoma City Ballet as a Soloist, performing leading and soloist roles such as Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Peasant Pas de Deux in Giselle, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Odalisques in Dennis Spaight’s Scheherazade.

In addition to her performing career, Milena García is an accomplished ballet teacher, coach, and choreographer. She has prepared students for prestigious international ballet competitions such as Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) and Universal Ballet Competition (UBC), with her students achieving excellent results and placing among the Top 12 finalists. She has also choreographed numerous pieces for ballet competitions, earning outstanding results, including multiple Top 3 overall placements. Milena García is an ABT® Certified Teacher, having successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum, and she is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) instructor.

Owner and Director Julio concepcion

Is a Cuban-trained professional ballet dancer and educator who began his training at age 8 in Matanzas, Cuba. He graduated from the National Ballet School of Cuba in 2008 as a professional dancer and ballet teacher and went on to perform with the National Ballet of Cuba, Cincinnati Ballet, and Oklahoma City Ballet, where he danced principal roles in classical and contemporary repertoire.

Julio has performed leading roles in works such as Don Quixote, Giselle, Sleeping Beauty, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and has been invited as a guest artist at international festivals and ballet companies in the United States.

As an ABT® Certified Teacher, Julio has taught at professional ballet academies and trained dancers for prestigious ballet competitions, including Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), Universal Ballet Competition (UBC), and others. His teaching focuses on strong classical technique, artistry, and healthy dancer development.
