Owner and Director Milena Garcia
She began her professional training at the age of nine at the Vocational Arts School in Matanzas, Cuba. She graduated in 2010 as a professional ballet dancer and ballet teacher. During her professional career in Cuba, she performed numerous classical Grand Pas de Deux, including Esmeralda, La Fille Mal Gardée, Don Quixote, Satanella, Diana and Acteon, Flames of Paris, and The Slave and the Merchant.After arriving in the United States, Milena García competed at the World Ballet Competition, where she won a Gold Medal. In 2013, she joined Cincinnati Ballet, performing in Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Camelot (choreography by Victoria Morgan), and Symphony in C by George Balanchine. In 2015, she joined Oklahoma City Ballet as a Soloist, performing leading and soloist roles such as Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Peasant Pas de Deux in Giselle, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Odalisques in Dennis Spaight’s Scheherazade.In addition to her performing career, Milena García is an accomplished ballet teacher, coach, and choreographer. She has prepared students for prestigious international ballet competitions such as Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) and Universal Ballet Competition (UBC), with her students achieving excellent results . She has also choreographed numerous pieces for ballet competitions, earning outstanding results, including multiple Top 3 overall placements. Milena García is an ABT® Certified Teacher, having successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum, and she is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) instructor.
Owner and Director Julio Concepcion
Julio Concepción began his professional training at the age of eight at the Vocational School of the Arts in Matanzas, Cuba, and graduated in 2008 as a professional ballet dancer and ballet teacher. During his professional career in Cuba, he performed principal roles including Espada (Toreador) in Don Quixote, as well as principal roles in Adagio de las Espigas, and productions of Coppélia and The Sleeping Beauty. In 2013, Mr. Concepción joined Cincinnati Ballet, where he performed in productions such as The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Camelot (choreography by Victoria Morgan), Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland (choreography by Septime Webre), Symphony in C, Sit by Jennifer Archibald, and Mozart’s Requiem by Adam Hougland.In 2015, he joined Oklahoma City Ballet as a Principal Dancer, performing leading roles in The Sleeping Beauty, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Giselle, Dennis Spaight’s Scheherazade: 1001 Arabian Nights, Serenade, and Rodeo.He has prepared students for prestigious international ballet competitions such as Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) and Universal Ballet Competition (UBC), achieving excellent results . Kaely Javinett is a contemporary dance artist currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance at the University of South Florida. She began her training at Mary Jo’s Performing Arts Academy, where she developed a strong technical foundation in ballet, pointe, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and acrobatics. Her movement quality is rooted in versatility, musicality, and a commitment to storytelling through physical expression.Her performance experience spans both concert dance and commercial settings. She has performed in multiple productions with USF Dance and appeared as a featured soloist in The Nutcracker with Tampa Bay Triple Threat Theatre. Professionally, she performs at Busch Gardens Tampa and is currently a member of the Icons show, in addition to appearing in productions such as Moto Motion, The Reckoning, and Holiday Magic, gaining experience in high-energy, audience-driven environments.During her time at USF, Kaely has worked with renowned guest artists including Jennifer Archibald and Saar Magal. She has also trained extensively under faculty members Jeanne Travers, Bliss Kohlmyer, Michael Foley, and Andrew Carroll. Additionally, she was featured in a music video choreographed by Teddy Forance, further expanding her experience in commercial dance.Kaely continues to grow as an artist, seeking opportunities that challenge her both technically and creatively while deepening her voice as a performer.
Daniela Jimenez Rosas is an experienced gymnastics coach with over 15 years of working with children and adults in safe, structured, and motivating environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and is certified in gymnastics instruction through USA Gymnastics, as well as a certified Zumba instructor.
Miiss Dani is passionate about working with children and helping them develop confidence, coordination, and a love for movement. Throughout her career, she has served as a gymnastics coach, meet coordinator, and regional judge, creating programs that balance discipline, fun, and personal growth. She is known for her positive energy, strong group management skills, and her ability to make every child feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn.
